Robin has served with the Vermillion Police Department since January of 2002, and was promoted to the rank of Sergeant in August of 2006.  He also works with the Vermillion/Clay County Ambulance Service as an EMT.  Sergeant Hower is a certified child car seat technician and holds several instructorships, as well.  He enjoys playing sports, including softball, bowling and frisbee golf.  His family includes his wife of seventeen years and three children.  In Robin’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and rebuilding his recently purchased 1966 Mustang.
