Randy has been with the Vermillion Police Department since May 2003.  He attended Western Iowa Tech, where he earned an associate’s degree in police science.  Randy has also received a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Bellevue University.  Randy began his law enforcement career in 2000 as a correctional officer with the Woodbury County Jail in Sioux City, Iowa.  Randy is a Firearms and Pepper Spray Instructor.  Randy enjoys hunting, fishing and being with his wife and family.
